Earlier in my career I worked as a programme manager at Airbus on the A350 landing gear systems and wing structure, before moving into portfolio and programme management consulting at PwC, working with global tech clients. Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in product and technology in senior delivery roles at John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, and Just Eat. Most recently I’ve been leading the UK IT & Digital Delivery practice at Akkodis, a global digital engineering consultancy, part of The Adecco Group.
In my career I’ve shaped and improved complex programmes and product initiatives, taking them from uncertainty to structure to outcomes. I’ve created the conditions for high performance by building trust, turning groups of individuals into teams, and fostering a culture where people feel genuinely engaged, motivated, and empowered. I lead with empathy and humour to make others feel comfortable and bring their real selves to work. And I’ve been a member of leadership teams, shaping delivery approaches, leading agile adoption, and building delivery systems that scale.
